A tribute to the beauty of Hojicha latte, Japanese green tea, with it’s rich and mellow roasted hazelnut notes. A gentle touch of chocolate and cocoa to tease and respect the hojicha fragrance in every sip. Topped with our Einspänner Cream Foam adding a luxurious, velvety layer of rich cream that crowns your beverage with elegance and indulgence. The foam is crafted to balance light sweetness with creamy richness, creating a unique texture that enhances both flavor and mouthfeel.
Served with our roasted green tea pudding, made in house by our pastry team, with a dash of whip cream and dark chocolate shavings and a quenelle of Maestro James, from Gelato by James, ‘Dark & Dangerous’ chocolate gelato or vegan version.

Death by Chocolate*

Your darkest desires and sweetest wishes in our ‘Death by Chocolate’ in an unbalanced world of chocolate and more chocolate. In a sweet collision of serendipity, we have collaborated with local and International Award winning Kasama Chocolate and their 75% dark chocolate, ‘Tupi’. With notes and layers of honeysuckle, coconut and dulce de leche this beautiful chocolate comes from the town of Tupi, on the southern tip of the Philippines. Crafted right here in Kasama’s Granville Island magical shop the chocolate is a beautiful artisan bean-to-bar chocolate, true to the Filipino meaning of friendship! All in one ‘simply delicious’ hot chocolate.
Served with a dark chocolate pastry enhancing the toasted coconut and dulce de leche notes in the chocolate with a quenelle of Maestro James, from Gelato by James, ‘Dark & Dangerous’ chocolate gelato or vegan version.
