In 2009, when James attended Gelato University, he was often the first student to arrive and the last to leave. He was well known by everyone, especially his teachers to ask questions, so much so they made that part of the Gelato University video with him.  His curiosity was always trying to learn and his imagination would do the rest.

Like with climbing mountains and adventures, James' spirit and attitude, was why not try, why not see what is possible. So he challenged the norms and constantly wanted to learn and get better. The more he knew, the more times he failed the better his gelato would become.

 

So he immediate after graduation he pushed himself onto the International Gelato stage to learn, grow and listen to some of the best Italian Gelato Masters in the world today. It was from that curiosity and encouragement that he received that made his gelato what it is today and what it can be tomorrow.
