I have always believed that gelato is more than a flavour or a recipe. To me, designing and crafting gelato is a window to my soul, my attitude, my fun and playful side.

I love the creative side of gelato, learning about the world of ingredients and flavours and tastes.  Our world is blessed with beautiful cultures each with their own ice cream flavours, a world to explore, wander through and reconnect our happy times through the world and art of gelato.
